The knights didn’t disappoint yet again as they cruised past San Jose Sharks in a very fine game.
Although the sharks brought the fight to the Golden Knights in the first half of the game, they couldn’t hang on for too long.
The first period ended in a 1 – 1 draw for both team. However in the second period, it was the Golden Knights that appeared as the better competitor winning the period by 2 – 1, and then the third by 2 – 0.
Goals from Marchessault, Janmark, Stone and Tuck were enough to gift the Golden Knights all full points in the game while Hertl and Meier scored for the Sharks.
The Golden Knights will meet the Anaheim Ducks next on Sunday morning. While the Sharks will meet the Minnesota Wilds.
